could you estimate how long the maintenance will really take? Is there any chance to use the system still today?
I know this sounds patientless, but I’ll have a presentation tomorrow and I’d like to astonish the audience with a PREZI presentation.
I do not even want to think to return to PowerPoint. Until there is a chance…

Since you are so far over your estimated down time, I would think that you’d want to post frequent updates on how it was going.
I’m really glad that I had a fall back position of using PowerPoint for my presentation today. I’m not happy that my workshop today is going to be Prezi-less, but at least I can still meet my contractual obligation.

you are right, unfortunately we ran into some surprises, I am testing right now, and it looks promising… I would say between another 1-3 hours and it will be all up and running.
Does this time frame work for you?

I know this does not calm anyone, but we built a garden of forking paths, and we are testing all the various combinations and still fixing some bugs here and there…
luckily the major things are working fine. now we are dedicated to finish this blackout within 2 hours. sorry again.

I just found an issue with presentations having accents őúűóüöí… sorry for this, we are fixing soon. Could this be the case with yours?

As i wrote my prezi in English – I’m not sure that this could be the problem.
I uploaded several file as well (.jpg). Could be that the problem?
What do you recommend? Should I start a new one?

It’s great. I can see my prezi.
On the other hand Pictures are not available. – so either they lost during migration or they might not be still under the correct place –
I will upload them again, I hope there won’t be a crash due to duplication.
