I’m doing just that: I’m on EduPro registration & payment page, I click “Pay with a paypal account”, I check the terms-of-service-checkbox, I click “check out with paypal” and I get «An error occurred during processing your request. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED». No credit card data entered at this point. Not even transferred to paypal site. I could try to pay with Visa if you think it will work better.
