Thanks for your requests for a Prezi iPad app. You spurred us on. We’re excited to announce: Prezi for the iPad! With the iPad app, you can easily show prezis, bring your ideas into everyday discussions and wow your clients.
Here is how to get started:
- Sign up for an account at prezi.com.
- Create a prezi with your computer.
- When you’re ready to show it, just login to your Prezi account through the iPad app and select the prezi you have created with your computer.
We’ll regularly update the Prezi for the iPad app. When using the current version please consider the following:
- Prezi for the iPad app allows you to show prezis that were previously created on your computer. The app does not have editor features.
- Video files, YouTube video embeds, PDF and SWF files does not work in the current version of Prezi for the iPad.
- When you open a prezi for the first time on your iPad, it can take a while to load depending on the size of your prezi. Even big prezis load super quick for the second run.
Download Prezi for the iPad app from the iTunes app store!

nice to have for iPad owners, but what about android?
Is an editor coming for Prezi for iPad?
Thanks for the feedback. The current version does not support editing. We are aware of this request and get back to everyone if we have related news.
Hello, i like the ipad program, but VGA out to projector is critical. I don’t need to edit on the ipad, just need to present it. Please add this feature. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback. We are aware of this request and get back to everyone if we have related news.
I need to be able to download my prezi to my ipad to show it offline when I am at client sites with no wifi
This version does not support offline presentation. Please keep in touch!
Hi Zoli,
I face the same situation as Enid’s. Even though my Ipad has 3G, sometimes the conection is not too good when I’m at a customer and I can’t present my prezi. I suggest you consider this feature in your next updates for the app.
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing!
Wondering if the new iPad2 makes it possible to be able to present Prezi using an iPad with output to LCD and large audience?
Glad it’s on the iPad but it’s still frustrating as ever. I have to convert my PDFs to SWFs in order to get the transparency and retain the vector effects. A couple of us at work just spent weeks putting together an amazing Prezi, only to have 90% of the images not show up on our iPads that we use for presentations.
@Mosket you make some great points. I need these Prezis offline as well.
Hi, we are aware of some limitations and issues with this version of the iPad app. we are working on them and will release updates regularly. You can find a list of known issues and limitations on this page updated frequently: http://prezi.com/learn/ipad-support/
Turns out ISwifter will run Prezi in their browser from the Prezi website.
clunky, but it does it. Flash on the ipad.
Add a little TVOut2 and you can mirror your entier Ipad desktop to an external monitor.
I am not sure the speed and reliability is there for a serious presentation where money is on the line, but getting closer to functionality.
I’d love Prezi to keep the development up and make this really work…
Still advocating for:
-Output to VGA
-Support video and SWF file formats
-Support 3G
Develop on your desktop, show on site on your ipad. Travel light and clean and impressive.
It would be nice if there would be an iPhone/iPod Touch app to show my Prezi. Is it coming?
Please make a iPhone app for this it would be greatly appreciated

I love, love, love it on the ipad. However, PDFs, SWFs and youtube not working are a deal killer. I hope they are at the tops of your list!
Hi we are aware of these limitations and will fix them soon.
Love the ipad version.
Please give us video!!
Please add hyperlinks (especially hyperlinks in PDF files) to the VERY HIGH PRIORITY list! Thanks.
Can iPad play YouTube or video or PDF?
The current version of the iPad app cannot run videos or PDF files. we’ll update this article as we have new releases that would have include these features. http://prezi.com/learn/ipad-support/
I use Prezi for all my business presentations. It is an excellent tool. Two things hold me back from using the iPad version more widely:
- I would love to be able to cache the presentations locally. Many venues I present in don’t have WiFi or good 3G, and I need to carry three or four different presentations depending upon the audience.
- I would love to be able to connect the iPad to a VGA output.
Please try to address this – you will have the world’s #1 business presentation tool market at your calling.
Thank you.
Wy the prezi don’t exibite videos on ipad ? This is a huge fail. Prezi only work with flash it’s a mistake too.
Hi, love prezi but I’m unable to use on my ipad because the pdfs appear really fuzzy. Is this not the blurry image bug that has supposedly been fixed?
“Version 2.6:
1. iOS5 compatibility
2. blurry image bug fixed”
Many thanks
I would love to be able to use this with my Android phone. Do you plan on developing an app for Android users?
Cannot EDIT. Cannot work OFFLINE. Uses FLASH. Pretty much useless.
If I have internet/wifi/3G, I don’t need your app.
Not in the way you present it’s purpose as there are dozens of PPT viewers online.
GoogleDocs is one for example.
