Help Japan!

As you might have seen the news, Japan had the largest earthquake ever recorded in its history just one day after Peter's visit (and blog post below). Our hearts are with our Japanese friends in these devastating hours. We send our best wishes to anyone hurt by the earthquake and the tsunami. I have subscribed to PREZi end of Jan 2011. I tried the PRO version for a week and downgraded to the FREE version. To my suprise I received an invoice two months later. I have sent an email to PREZI and I don't get reply. I then tried to delete my account and that does not work. PLEASE ADVISE
